Role Description

We are seeking an Intern for the Tours & Travel division in our Ahmedabad office. This is a full-time on-site role, involving day-to-day tasks such as communicating with clients, assisting with travel arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service. The intern will also support marketing and sales efforts, ensuring client satisfaction through tailored travel and visa consultancy solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their inquiries.
• Knowledge or enthusiasm for Travel & Tourism, with an understanding of destinations and travel planning.
• Basic Sales and Marketing skills to support promotional activities and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
• Proactive problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with visa procedures and travel-related services is an advantage.
