About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Telecalling Intern to support demand generation for our Van Grooming services. This internship offers hands-on experience in lead engagement, customer communication, and conversion-focused telecalling. The role is ideal for candidates interested in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and lead generation.

As a Demand Generation Intern, you will connect with potential customers, promote our Van Grooming services, and help convert leads into confirmed bookings. This is a great opportunity to gain practical exposure to telecalling, sales processes, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to existing leads to promote Van Grooming services

• Generate demand and convert leads into confirmed bookings

• Ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers to maximize conversions

• Maintain accurate records of calls and update lead status regularly

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking execution

• Consistently meet defined calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Comfortable with telecalling and customer engagement

• Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel
