Job Description

We are seeking an intern with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to assist in system documentation activities. The role involves preparing, updating, formatting, and maintaining documents in alignment with organizational standards. The intern will also support data compilation, reporting, and basic coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update, and maintain system documentation (SOPs, guidelines, checklists, templates, trackers).
  • Ensure documents follow organizational formats and versioncontrol standards.
  • Maintain documentation trackers and ensure timely updates.
  • Create and manage Excel sheets, reports, and presentation decks as required.
  • Support the team in preparing auditrelated documentation.
  • Organize files and ensure document consistency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information or updates.

  • Are proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree (B.Tech, BBA, MBA, B.Sc, or equivalent).
  • Fresh graduates or finalyear students are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior exposure to documentation or audit processes is a plus (not mandatory).
