Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
- Handling pre-onboarding coordination and employee documentation.
- Screening profiles and stakeholder management.
- Working on employee database maintenance on the internal portal.
- Maintaining and updating data.
Skills required:
- MBA (preferred) in HR/ any specialization.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal), including the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
