We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support us in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of talent strategy and hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Support in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
- Assist in candidate communication and follow-ups
- Support the HR team in campus hiring, internship programs, and recruitment drives
- Help improve the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets highly preferred
