About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment databases. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
. Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
. Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
. Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
. Support the team with offer roll-out and candidate follow-ups.
. Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
