Note: This is a 6 months internship opportunity.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full cycle of recruitment and talent acquisition processes. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Assist in coordinating and conducting interviews, including preparing interview questions and evaluation forms.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
