Role & Responsibilities
As an intern at Sumona, you will:
Support ongoing projects across multiple verticals within the organisation
Assist with research, data analysis, and basic documentation
Create content and presentations related to mental health and performance
Work on Canva-based designs, reports, and communication material
Collaborate with psychologists, researchers, and performance professionals
Contribute to unique, real-world projects in behavioural science and applied psychology
This role offers exposure to practical applications of psychology, mental health frameworks, and performance-oriented interventions.
Who Can Apply (Qualifications & Skills)
Strong research, data analysis, written communication, and organisational skills
Basic proficiency in Canva and content creation
Interest in psychology, behavioural sciences, mental health, or performance excellence
Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a team
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a multidisciplinary environment
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, or related fields
Passion for mental well-being, human performance, or evidence-based interventions is a strong plus
