sAbout the Rol
eWe're looking for a proactive intern to support our Study Abroad programs and learner lifecycle. You'll work closely with students and internal teams to ensure a smooth journey from application to program completion, while gaining hands-on exposure to the international education ecosystem
.Key Responsibilitie
- sCoordinate with learners, counselors, and internal teams for smooth program deliver
- yEngage with enrolled students via calls, emails, and webinar
- sManage learner journey: onboarding, documentation, application tracking, and follow-up
- sHandle learner queries and ensure timely communication at every stag
- eWork on projects like learner experience improvement, application and visa process optimizatio
- nTrack learner progress and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentation
