The intern will support the Knowledge Management (KM) team within the Quality organisation of a global manufacturing company (Molex, a Koch company). Key duties include:

The intern will support the Knowledge Management (KM) team within the Quality organisation of a global manufacturing company (Molex, a Koch company). Key duties include:
- Assist in uploading, organising, and tagging lessons learned and technical knowledge into the company's knowledge management system (Auros)
- Help build and maintain KM tracking dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint
- Support the testing and documentation of AI-powered Copilot agents used for quality management tasks (e.g. auditing reports, extracting lessons learned)
- Help develop training materials, quick-reference guides, and user manuals for KM tools and processes
- Assist in maintaining and organising the KM SharePoint site (document libraries, metadata tagging, navigation)
- Conduct research on external KM best practices, industry benchmarks, and relevant publications
- Support the preparation of leadership presentations, newsletters, and internal communications related to KM initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional team discussions and gain exposure to quality engineering, FMEA, and continuous improvement processes
Job Requirements*
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in a relevant discipline (Business, IT, Data Science, or Engineering)
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured processes
- Willingness to learn about quality engineering, knowledge management, and AI tools
- Basic data handling or analytical skills (e.g. Excel formulas, simple dashboards) would be a plus
- Interest in process improvement, digital transformation, or AI applications is welcome but not required
