The role of the Strategic Sourcing/ Procurement Intern, is to support the Strategic Sourcing Department, assist in supplier relationship management, project implementations and negotiation processes with manufacturers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the implementation of approved procurement contracts
• Lead commercial negotiations and draft contractual agreements with suppliers
• Perform financial analysis on supplier proposals and RFPs for various projects, products, and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to solve problems and guarantee high-quality, reliable sources of supply and information
• Facilitate communication with hotels, suppliers, and internal departments
• Assist in the processes for new supplier and product approvals

Profile Required

• Degree/Diploma/Specialization in Supply Chain Management
• Interest in the procurement function
• Analytical mindset with Excell proficiency
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Highly organized, responsible and accountable
• Resilient and adaptable
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to think outside the box
• Fluent in English – any other languages are desired

The position will be located in the Radisson Hotel Group Office in Delhi, and report directly to the Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager.
