Hero Vired | Marketing Intern – Social Media & Content (Paid)

Location: Gurugram (WFO - 5 Days)

Duration: 3 Months (PPO based on performance)

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, trend-aware Marketing Intern who understands social media, enjoys storytelling, and can help create engaging content that drives brand visibility and engagement.

What You'll Do

• Research trends across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms
• Ideate and execute Reels, carousels, posts and content series
• Write compelling hooks, captions and short-form scripts
• Assist in content planning, calendars and campaign execution
• Create mobile-first creatives using Canva, InShot and AI tools
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on day-to-day brand initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of social media and content creation
• Good writing and ideation skills
• Proficiency in Canva, InShot and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
• Basic video editing skills
• Ability to create content using a smartphone
• Awareness of internet culture, trends and platform best practices
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn

Bonus Points

• Experience managing social media pages
• Knowledge of Meta Creator Studio or analytics
• Portfolio of content, Reels or personal projects
