Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for an Intern Site Supervisor. The Intern Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing schedules and resources effectively. The role also involves assisting in the day-to-day operations of projects, conducting site inspections, reporting progress, and addressing any issues that arise during construction or project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Technical understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance methods
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve on-site challenges promptly
- Knowledge of construction tools or software and ability to read blueprints, plans, or technical documentation
- Educational background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable
- Previous experience or internships in a construction or project supervision role is an advantage
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety and efficiency standards
