Role & Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee record maintenance across retail locations.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications at store level.
• Collaborate with store managers to gather feedback
• Help prepare HR analytics dashboards, surveys, and reports for internal review and leadership updates.
• Conduct field visits to stores for culture checks, and employee sentiment gathering — ensuring alignment with company values.
