Intern – Reel Creative Strategist - Delhi NCR | Graduating in 2025 or 2026

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, resourceful intern to join our performance marketing team. You'll help us produce scroll-stopping UGC ads for Meta campaigns across multiple D2C brands.

This isn't a desk-only role. You'll be writing scripts, working with creators, and helping bring ad concepts to life on camera. If you spend too much time on Instagram Reels and have opinions about what makes an ad work, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

Scriptwriting & Creative Ideation Write short-form UGC scripts for Meta ads (hooks, CTAs, variations). Study what's working in ad libraries and bring fresh ideas for angles and formats.

Creator Management Find and onboard UGC creators for brand collaborations. Handle outreach, negotiate rates, and manage relationships so deliveries stay on track.

Production Support Help us shoot UGC content in-house with actors and creators. Provide visual direction during shoots (framing, energy, pacing) to make sure the final output matches the brief.

What We're Looking For

• Someone who scrolls Reels and notices why certain ads work. Strong written and verbal communication. You'll be writing scripts and briefing creators daily. Comfortable talking to people. You'll be reaching out to creators, negotiating, and coordinating shoots. A creative eye. You don't need to be a designer, but you should have a sense of what looks good on camera.
