Job Description
As an Intern - Quality Analyst, you will support the QA team in testing digital learning products to ensure they meet functional and quality expectations. You will gain practical experience in manual testing, bug tracking, project management, and working collaboratively with developers and designers to identify and resolve defects. This internship provides valuable exposure to quality assurance practices in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct manual testing of web applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies
- Assist in preparing and maintaining detailed test cases and test data
- Participate in reviews of product requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with the QA team to analyze issues and verify fixes
- Ensure product meets quality standards and delivers a smooth user experience
- Learn and utilize bug tracking tools for reporting and follow-up
- Support regression and exploratory testing activities
