About the RoleWe are seeking an Intern to support the production merchandising team and sourcing team within our fashion/apparel operations. This internship provides practical exposure to production coordination, vendor communication, sourcing, and inventory tracking in a fast-paced D2C fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing partners regarding production updates and timelines
- Track purchase orders, production status, and delivery schedules
- Assist in sourcing fabrics, trims, and related raw materials
- Maintain production trackers and reports using Google Sheets or Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, merchandising, and warehouse operations
- Support sample management, quality checks, and approval processes
- Follow up on dispatch schedules and production milestones
Eligibility- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion, Apparel, Production, Supply Chain, or related fields from NIFT, Pearl or similar institutions
- Strong interest in fashion production and operations
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage tasks in a deadline-driven environment
