Intern, Private Capital Management

You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme to support the Private Capital Management, Syndication team working full-time from July 2026 to December 2026.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare investor materials such as investor presentations, financial models, teasers, case studies, and due‑diligence related materials.
• Assist in fundraising and fund setup activities by working closely with the team and cross‑functional business units) to prepare documentation and marketing materials required for the establishment of private real estate funds.
• Assist in data analysis, documentation, reporting, and preparation of marketing materials relating to fund syndication, investor engagement, and potentially ongoing fund reporting matters.
• Manage market intelligence and industry research, including collecting and analysing information for benchmarking, peer comparison, investor trends, and competitive landscape reviews.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Possess good quantitative skills and use of Microsoft Excel, proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and ability to work on external facing presentation materials.
• Team player with strong initiative, good business and financial acumen
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within deadlines and manage responsibilities.
• Strong interest in real estate investment and capital markets.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Prior internship or coursework in real estate finance, investment banking, or private equity is a plus.
