Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1. Schedule appointments and calls between patients and doctors using internal tools or scheduling software.

2. Make reminder calls to patients ahead of their scheduled consultations.

3. Maintain accurate records of scheduled calls and follow-ups.

4. Coordinate with doctors to confirm availability and reschedule appointments as needed.

5. Provide courteous and professional communication to patients.

6. Assist with basic administrative tasks related to patient coordination.

Skill (s) Required: Effective Communication, Tech Savviness, Languages: Hindi/Marathi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada
