About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of business development and operations. As a B2B Demand Partnerships Intern, you will support the Partnerships Manager and Senior Manager in building and maintaining relationships with universities, education consultants, agents, and other institutional partners who drive student demand toward Acolyte Living. You will play a hands-on role in outreach, lead flow coordination, and day-to-day partnership operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B partners including education consultants, student recruitment agents, universities, and EdTech platforms
- Manage initial communication and follow-ups with prospective partners across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Maintain and update partner pipelines and lead flow trackers in CRM tools
- Coordinate lead handoffs between partners and the internal sales team, ensuring smooth and timely follow-through
- Support the Partnerships Manager and Senior Manager in preparing partner decks, reports, and meeting notes
- Assist in onboarding new partners by sharing relevant materials, guidelines, and platform information
- Track partner performance metrics and flag key updates to the team
- Help streamline partnership operations by supporting documentation, process tracking, and internal coordination
What We Are Looking For
- 0 to 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive approach to outreach and follow-ups
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or similar platforms
- Interest in the overseas education, student housing, or travel sector is a plus
- Prior internship experience in B2B sales or partnerships is preferred but not required
Work Hours
This role may require flexibility to occasionally align with UK or international business hours depending on partner requirements.
