Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive, self-driven intern who can take ownership of outreach activities, gather feedback from participants, and support the end-to-end execution of a small competition. This role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced work, strategic thinking, and turning ideas into action.
Key Responsibilities1. Outreach & Relationship Building- Identify and engage with community groups, campus clubs, and relevant networks.
- Maintain a structured outreach pipeline with clear tracking.
- Draft effective communication (introductions, follow-ups, reminders).
- Represent the project with clarity and professionalism.
2. Insight Gathering (No Personal Data Collection)- Create simple feedback forms to collect general, non-sensitive input.
- Organize responses and highlight key themes or learnings.
- Suggest improvements based on participation patterns and engagement.
3. Competition Planning & Execution- Support the design of a small challenge (quiz, idea activity, or team-based task).
- Drive participation through coordinated outreach and communication.
- Manage registrations, schedules, and response tracking.
- Assist with coordination and smooth execution on the event day.
- Prepare a brief post-event summary.
4. Communication, Reporting & Documentation- Maintain organized documentation of outreach efforts and progress.
- Share weekly updates with key achievements and next steps.
- Draft basic promotional messages and instructions for participants.
Who Can Apply- Individuals currently pursuing or recently graduated from Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines.
