Job Description: Intern - Outbound Marketing
Location - Domlur, Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven fresh graduates or students to join our team as
Intern - Outbound Marketing. This internship provides hands-on exposure to B2B marketing,
lead generation, LinkedIn engagement, and market research. The role offers an opportunity to
learn modern outbound marketing strategies while working closely with the marketing and sales
teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, industries, and target markets.
- Support lead generation activities through email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
- Connect with prospects on LinkedIn and help build professional relationships.
- Engage with relevant content and communities to improve brand visibility.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.
- Track and report lead generation activities and campaign performance.
- Learn and apply best practices in outbound marketing and B2B communication.
Skills & Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Administration,
- Commerce, or related field preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Prior internship experience is not mandatory.
