Timing: Monday – Saturday (10 AM to 7 PM)

On Point Education Advisory is a boutique consultancy guiding students and families with college admissions. Founded by Rachna Grewal, the organization's philosophy is to go above and beyond expectations while supporting the student to submit a perfect application. Rachna has donned many hats before embarking on this journey and is looking to onboard enterprising interns committed to ensuring student success.

Key Responsibilities:

The intern working with On Point Education Advisory will wear multiple hats and support the organization in the following: 

Social Media & Content Support

• Create and design engaging social media content for Instagram and LinkedIn
• Assist with newsletter design, formatting, and visual content creation
• Coordinate with the team to develop content that supports student engagement and outreach efforts

Administrative Duties

• Prepare and organize documents and materials for counseling sessions
• Proofread and format materials as required

 Research and Data Management

• Research and manage database of profile-building opportunities, university programs, admission and scholarships 

Qualifications 

The ideal candidate for this position would have strong organizational and research skills. This role is perfect for someone who is 

• Detail-oriented
• A strong written and verbal communicator in English
• Proficient in productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Canva, and related platforms
