About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized intern to help with our daytoday office activities. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn about office operations, coordination, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Facility Support
- Assist in managing office supplies and placing orders when required.
- Help maintain office premises and coordinate basic repairs.
- Support facility management activities such as security and housekeeping coordination.
- Address employee queries related to office administration.
Vendor Coordination
- Assist in scheduling meetings with vendors.
- Support vendor coordination and follow-ups for services like housekeeping, stationery, snacks, etc.
- Help with documentation and basic compliance tracking.
Employee Support
- Assist in onboarding activities such as desk setup and document collection.
- Support exit formalities and coordination.
- Help in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Assist in attendance tracking and related documentation.
Events & Travel Assistance
- Help in organizing office events and festival celebrations.
- Support travel coordination such as booking cabs, hotels, and basic arrangements.
- Assist in coordinating client visits and meeting room arrangements.
Finance & Operational Support
- Assist with petty cash documentation and reimbursements.
- Support recordkeeping and maintaining administrative files.
- Help ensure timely and accurate documentation for vendor and facility operations.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Professional, disciplined, and reliable attitude.
