Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Intern role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The intern will support daily operations related to the platform, such as assisting with content creation for job listings and career resources, helping maintain and update the website or app, and supporting user queries under supervision. Responsibilities may include gathering and organizing data, preparing simple reports, contributing ideas to improve user experience, and collaborating with cross-functional team members. The intern will also participate in team meetings, learn to use internal tools and systems, and assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Interest in careers, recruitment, HR technology, or talent development, with a willingness to learn about job search and hiring processes.
• Basic proficiency with digital tools (such as office productivity software, online collaboration platforms, and web-based applications).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and detail.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and follow instructions while taking initiative.
• Collaborative mindset, reliability, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in any discipline; fields such as business, management, or computer science are an advantage but not required.
• Prior internship or project experience, even academic or volunteer-based, is helpful but not mandatory.
