We are looking for curious, and design-hungry Multi-Disciplinary Design Intern who can bring fresh ideas, sharp visuals, and a new creative spark to our design team.
This role is for someone who has recently graduated from a design college, has some agency exposure, and is excited to explore different sides of design, from social media creatives to video edits to basic UI/UX layouts.
Duration: 6 months (Paid Internship)
What We're Looking For
Someone who:
- Has graduated from a design college or has a similar creative background
- Has some agency experience or internship experience
- Knows how to create eye-catching social media creatives
- Has basic video editing skills
- Understands basic UI/UX design principles
- Is comfortable working with Figma
- Has a good sense of layout, typography, color, spacing, and composition
- Follows design trends but also knows when to keep things clean and purposeful
- Can take feedback positively and improve the design without taking it personally
- Is genuinely interested in learning more and growing as a designer
- Smart enough to know when to use AI and where to use it in the design process
- Knows how to refine AI-generated ideas with their own creative taste and judgment
Tools You Should Know
You don't need to be a master of every tool, but you should be comfortable with:
- Figma
- Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or similar editing tools
- Basic understanding of design systems, grids, and responsive layouts
Nice to Have
- Interest in branding, social media, UI/UX, and motion design
- Ability to create quick design concepts and visual directions
- Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital-first content
- A portfolio, Behance, Dribbble, Instagram design page, or even a small collection of your best work
