Job Description

Job Role:

Intern Marketplace Team

Duration: 6 months

You should apply if you have:

  • A strong interest in D2C brands, online commerce, and how businesses scale on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to proactively manage and deliver multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A hands-on approach, with the willingness to take ownership and deliver assigned work on time.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams, follow up, and get things done.
  • Curiosity to explore marketplace trends and suggest new ideas for growth.
  • A willingness to learn, unlearn and handle constructive feedback positively.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a genuine interest in marketing strategies, product development, or business analytics.

You should not apply if you:

  • Are looking for a remote or hybrid working setup.
  • Find it difficult to follow up, need constant hand-holding, or struggle to work independently.
  • Are not comfortable working with Excel or handling data-related tasks.
  • Lack a genuine interest in e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • Tend to delay work or miss deadlines.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and follow-up ability
  • Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Analytical mindset and basic understanding of data
  • Interest in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or digital marketing
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn quickly

What will you do

  • Drive daily marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other platforms
  • Assist with cataloging, listing updates, pricing, inventory tracking, and purchase order follow-ups
  • Coordinate internally with supply chain, finance, and creative teams
  • Track campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within timelines
  • Support the team in brainstorming and executing marketplace growth strategies

Work Experience:

No specific experience required, but any previous exposure to D2C/e-commerce operations or internships will be a plus.

Monday Friday

Location:

Sector 58, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office only)
