About The Role
This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, brand building, and client engagement. From crafting newsletters and social content to helping conceptualize merch drops, video scripts and brand moments, you'll help shape how we show up, consistently and memorably.
If you think in narratives, obsess over tone, and care about the details that make brands feel alive, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Working On
- Content & Editorial
- Support writing and editing blogs, LinkedIn posts, case studies, and website content
- Assist in research and content structuring for thought leadership pieces
- Help maintain content calendars and publishing timelines
- Newsletters & Community Communication
- Assist in drafting and structuring monthly newsletters
- Coordinate with teams to gather updates, wins, and insights
- Help optimize subject lines, formatting, and distribution lists
- Track engagement metrics (open rate, CTR, replies) and suggest improvements
- Merchandising & Brand Moments
- Assist in conceptualizing merch ideas aligned with campaigns or events
- Coordinate with vendors for production and logistics
- Support packaging, messaging inserts, and brand storytelling around merch
- Help build campaign concepts around launches (internal or external)
- Brand Operations
- Maintain a repository of brand assets and content archives
- Support consistency in tone, formatting, and visual guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Strong writing skills (clarity > fluff)
- Good sense of structure and storytelling
- Basic design skills (Canva / Google Slides)
- Organized and deadline-conscious
- Curious mindset — you ask why before you write
Bonus If You Have
- Experience running a college newsletter, blog, or Instagram page
- Exposure to B2B or startup environments
- Interest in branding, psychology, or community building
- Eye for aesthetics and packaging details
