Role Overview:
The Data & Analytics Intern will be part of Pfizer's Global Logistics – Strategic Analytics. The role focuses on delivering data-driven insights, scalable analytics solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Support AI and advanced analytics use cases including data preparation and exploratory analysis
- Partner with business, GBS, and Digital stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions
- Assist in defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics
- Contribute to analytics standardization, automation, and reusable frameworks
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with Pfizer standards
- Prepare insights and presentations for technical and leadership audiences
Required Qualifications:
- Degree pursuit or completion in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Life Sciences
- Hands-on experience with SQL
- Experience in data visualization tools
- Basic understanding of AI / Machine Learning concepts
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Python or R
- Experience with large datasets or cloud platforms
- Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical data
- Understanding of data governance and analytics lifecycle
