Intern - Litigation

We are looking for a motivated and analytically driven law student or recent graduate with a keen interest in the financial services sector to join our Litigation Team for a 6-month internship.

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing corporate litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Support exchange arbitration proceedings involving financial market participants.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes, briefs, and litigation updates.
• Assist with criminal, commercial, and regulatory disputes.
• Support the handling of insurance claims and recovery matters.
• Assist on employment and HR-related legal issues, including disciplinary and workplace matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Review court filings, pleadings, notices, and legal correspondence.
