- Constitutional & Societies Registration Law: Active involvement in writ petitions and disputes concerning intermediary liabilities and Society registration.
We maintain a robust presence, regularly appearing before Courts and Tribunals in New Delhi and key jurisdictions across India, including Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, and Tamil Nadu.
Are you a highly motivated law student eager to gain practical experience in complex, high-impact litigation and advisory work Pathway Counsel is looking for Legal Interns to join our team in New Delhi.
This internship offers an unparalleled opportunity to work on cutting-edge cases at the intersection of technology, human rights, and civil/commercial law. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing directly to client matters and policy analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting intensive legal research across various statutes, case law, and policy frameworks relevant to our practice areas (e.g., Data Privacy, IT Law, Constitutional Law, IPR).
- Assisting in the drafting of pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
- Preparing comprehensive case notes and summaries for court hearings and client briefings.
- Assisting with policy analysis on emerging regulatory issues.
- Supporting senior counsel in court-related documentation and preparation for matters before the Supreme Court, various State High Courts, and Tribunals.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a recognized B.A.LL.B or LL.B program (preferably in the 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year course, or 2nd/3rd year of a 3-year course).
- Demonstrable passion for one or more of our core practice areas (Data Privacy, Constitutional Law, Civil/Commercial Litigation).
- Excellent legal research and writing skills are non-negotiable.
- Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duration: To be mutually agreed upon (minimum 4 weeks preferred).
