Legal Trainee- Job Description

Responsibilities:-

a. Review, draft, negotiate and vet commercial agreements (including SaaS, DPA, MSAs, NDA)

b. Contribute to internal compliance and risk management frameworks.

c. Support on updating vendor registration forms.

d. Liaise with the internal stakeholders on a need basis.

e. Maintain up to date internal tracker and documentation of deliverables.

f. Sanity check of the final drafts, execution and documentation.

Requirements:-

a. 0-1 year of experience with a keen interest to learn and grow in a fast-paced

environment.

b. LLB mandatory.

c. Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation.

d. Understanding of Software licensing (SaaS), technology transfers and data privacy.

e. Clear and confident with the ability to manage multiple tasks which are assigned.

f. Ability to simplify legal concepts for non-legal teams.
