Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research on relevant regulations and compliance issues in the automotive and e-scooter industries.
  • Assist in the review and drafting of contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
  • Support the legal team in preparing documentation for regulatory filings and corporate governance.
  • Participate in meetings and take notes, summarizing key points and action items.
  • Help the legal team in maintaining trackers and document repository.
  • Help maintain and organize legal documents and records.
  • Assist in compliance audits and investigations as needed.
  • Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.

    • Ideal Candidate:

  • The ideal candidate should be an independent, result-oriented, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • A law degree (LL.B.) from a reputed law school is essential.
  • Preferably currently pursuing or a 2026 pass out.
  • Experience of 0-1 years in a legal department in an organization of a similar legal complexity or in a law firm
