Key Deliverables:
- Assist in legal research, using databases like Manupatra for query resolution
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in collaboration with senior lawyers
- Contribute to legal compliance tasks and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide legal advice and support on company-wide transactions and legal matters
Role Responsibilities:
- Research and advise on legal issues impacting the business
- Draft and review legal documents, including notices and legal propositions
- Support in managing compliance tasks and ensuring legal requirements are met
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth legal processes and operations
