Job Description

We are currently recruiting a motivated and passionate Learning & Development Intern seeking practical, hands-on experience with the AriensCo dealer community. This support role, located in Brillion, WI, is ideal for students looking to gain comprehensive, interactive learning on how manufacturers impact dealership financial performance, market share, employee retention, and development through training and education.

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Update our National Retailer resources including Product Knowledge Articles, Workday Content & other training materials
  • Coordinate National Sales Meeting and Dealer Summit
  • Learning & Development Design reviews
  • Adult learning model application

You Will Gain Experience In

  • Learning more about professional opportunities within your field of study.
  • Working with and building relationships with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment including RapidCare, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product Development, and more across AriensCo.
  • Working on new and challenging tasks/projects daily
  • Leading, developing, and presenting on a final project
  • Public speaking in front of executives, AriensCo employees, and dealership personnel

YOU WILL BE EXPOSED TO

  • Microsoft Office portfolio
  • Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
  • Design presentations and reports. Impact of reporting metrics with AriensCo teams and dealerships
  • Speaking with impact in front of small and large groups via different presentation mediums
  • Project management
  • Concept development, evaluation and testing of deliverables
  • Articulate (Storyline & Rise)
  • Learning Management System
  • Time management

The Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled as a student at an accredited university studying toward a Bachelors degree
  • Must have completed the sophomore year (or equivalent for Associate program candidates) in the major program of study
  • Must have and maintain a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0/4.0
