Intern - Kotlin Development

Role

• Develop, test, and maintain applications using Kotlin under the guidance of senior developers.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following coding standards and best practices.
• Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues to improve performance and stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, team discussions, and other Agile development activities.
• Support application development by working on API integrations, backend/frontend modules, and application architecture as assigned.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for development tasks and project modules.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest Kotlin, Android, and software development technologies.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of Kotlin, Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, Algorithms, SQL, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Candidates with academic projects or internship experience in Kotlin/Android development will be preferred.
