We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Employer Branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Assist with onboarding, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and documentation
- Contribute to employer branding, campus hiring, and other HR projects
What We're Looking For:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skill.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
