About this Position This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure to Industrial Relations, statutory compliance, and administration within a manufacturing environment. You will support IR documentation, employee and union-related activities, compliance records, audits, and management reporting while developing hands-on HR and IR experience

What You´ll Do
- Support Industrial Relations activities by maintaining records related to workmen, union matters, and employee relations.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining IR documentation, letters, notices, reports, and related correspondence.
- Coordinate union meetings, employee interactions, and other IR-related activities.
- Maintain records of grievances and disciplinary cases with accurate documentation.
- Compile data and prepare information required for IR reviews and management reporting.
- Support statutory compliance by maintaining registers, records, and required documentation.
- Assist in organizing documents related to Factory, Labour, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Support documentation preparation for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely submission of compliance-related information.
- MBA, MPM or MSW in HR with 0 to 2 years of experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR and Industrial Relations.
- Good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate with employees, contractors and vendors.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
