Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Intern – Influencer Marketing role based in Kochi, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The intern will support the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including researching and shortlisting suitable creators, assisting with outreach, and coordinating communication between creators and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include helping draft campaign briefs, tracking deliverables, compiling performance data, and preparing reports and presentations. The intern will assist in managing social media and digital touchpoints related to campaigns, monitor trends and viral content in the South Indian creator ecosystem, and share insights with the team. The role also involves contributing ideas for brand and entertainment campaigns, maintaining organized documentation, and supporting client and talent communications as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to build professional relationships.
- Foundational knowledge or keen interest in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing, especially within the South Indian digital ecosystem.
- Interest or basic understanding of Public Relations and brand storytelling, with a focus on consumer and entertainment sectors.
- Comfort with Sales-oriented tasks such as outreach, follow-ups, and supporting brand and creator negotiations.
- Active user of major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok alternatives, etc.) with awareness of creators, trends, and pop culture.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic familiarity with analytics or reporting tools is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field; passion for the media and entertainment industry is highly valued.
