Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Stipend: 5,000 – 10,000/month

Must-Have: Personal laptop

Location- Nasik phata

Target- Scouting 100 influencers in a day.

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team. You'll work directly with creators and brand teams to manage influencer discovery, negotiation, campaign planning, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant creators (YouTube, Instagram, Celebrities, etc.) based on campaign requirements
• Build and maintain influencer databases using filters like location, niche, audience, platform, pricing, etc.
• Reach out to influencers, negotiate pricing, and close deals for brand campaigns
• Coordinate with influencers from outreach to final execution
• Understand client briefs and translate them into influencer requirements
• Analyse influencer performance data to make informed decisions
• Stay updated with social media and influencer marketing trends
• Maintain accurate records and report regularly to internal teams
• Build strong relationships with creators and key internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
• 0–1 year of experience (internships included) in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and industry trends
• Strong research and analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in CRM or lead-generation tools is a plus
• A creative thinker who can work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
