This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Recruitment Assistant. The Recruitment Assistant is responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, assisting with onboarding, and maintaining recruitment records. The role also involves supporting administrative tasks, interfacing with candidates, and ensuring a positive recruitment and candidate experience. Additionally, the Recruitment Assistant will partner with team members to meet staffing needs effectively and timely.

• Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage with candidates and internal teams
• Experience in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
