Position Title: NATS Apprentice

Employment Type: Apprenticeship (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme NATS)

Location: Chandigarh

Duration: 6 Months

Role Overview

The NATS Apprentice will support day-to-day operational and administrative activities within the assigned department. This role is intended to provide hands-on industry exposure and structured learning for graduate freshers under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opportunity to contribute meaningfully by supporting the operational and administrative delivery of both routine and highimpact digital services initiatives.
  • Efficiently manage, organize, and update records, reports, and documentation while ensuring consistency and high standards of quality Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders as per organization standards.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth daytoday operations
  • Communicate clearly and confidently through emails, calls, and meetings to keep everyone aligned
  • Adhere to company policies, standards, and compliance requirements with professionalism and integrity
  • Actively engage in training programs and continuous learning initiatives to enhance skills and performance

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or institution
  • Eligible under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Working knowledge of basic computer applications, including MS Office tools and email communication
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic work environment
  • Teamoriented professional with strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
