Nature of Role: Contractual (3 months)
Job Responsibilities: Social Media Monitoring & Analytic
- 24x7 Social Media Monitoring: Continuously monitor social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to track conversations, emerging issues, and brand mentions in real time
- Real-time Alerts & Escalation: Identify critical conversations, negative spikes, or sensitive issues and escalate them immediately with appropriate context and insights
- Daily Reporting & Coverage Tracking: Prepare and share structured daily monitoring reports (morning & evening) covering key trends, conversations, sentiment, and notable developments
- Trend & Issue Analysis: Proactively identify trending topics, narratives, and potential risks/opportunities relevant to the brand/sector at local, national, and global levels
- Campaign & Event Analysis: Track and analyze performance and conversation trends during campaigns, events, or key announcements (including sentiment, engagement, and narrative drivers along with interpreting the data)
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Present insights through clear, visually structured reports (charts, graphs, dashboards) for internal and client/stakeholder consumption
- Social Listening & Analytical Tools (Good to have): Should be well versed with social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Meltwater, Talkwalker, Brandwatch) to set up keyword tracking, dashboards, and automated alerts
Qualification –
- Bachelor/Masters degree in B.com/BBA.
