Marketing and Sales Intern (Remote)

Duration:45 Days, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs.

Languages: Must be proficient in Telugu & English.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Marketing and Sales Intern to promote our aviation seminar and support outreach efforts. As an Intern, you will work closely with our counselors to support various sales and marketing functions, including making calls, conducting follow-ups, and preparing participants for seminars. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience within an educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Counselors: Collaborate with counselors to understand their needs and provide administrative support for the tasks.

• Make Calls: Initiate call & invite students, flying schools, and industry professionals to the seminar, providing necessary information and answering queries.

• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure timely completion of required paperwork, registrations, and other pre-seminar activities.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of participant information, including contact details, registrations, and seminar attendance.

• Assist Participants: Assist in preparing seminar participants for upcoming events by providing them with relevant materials, schedules, and instructions.

• Data Entry: Input participant data into relevant databases or systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

• Attend Meetings: Participate in team meetings, providing updates on assigned tasks and contributing ideas for process improvement.
