Job Description

About the Role:

  • We seek candidates with deep analytical acumen who are ambitious, knowledge hungry and passionate to work. They will be responsible for sourcing, screening, identifying the candidates according to the job description and closure of vacancies within the stipulated timeframe. Interacting with candidates, doing initial screening. Innovate new economical channels of hiring.

Detailed expectations from the role:

  • The Intern– Human Resources is a period specific position in the Company, and shall be a part of the dynamic, high performing team within our Human Resources division. You shall be reporting to the Director-HR, the key (broadly indicative) expectations from the Intern- Human Resources shall be as under: Sourcing and Talent Pool Expansion: Successfully identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods. Focus on initial calls made to candidates.
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment: Efficiently review and evaluate candidate applications, resumes, and profiles to shortlist the most qualified individuals for further evaluation.
  • Interviewing and Selection: Conduct effective interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.

Required skill set

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Candidate Assessment: Skilled in evaluating candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship Building: Capable of fostering positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable navigating changing hiring needs and candidate rejections.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiar with platforms like Naukri.com, IIM Jobs, LinkedIn.
  • MS Office Skills: Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
  • Employer Branding: Able to represent and promote the company's brand effectively.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Empathetic approach to candidate engagement and decision-making.

Education and Experience

  • Graduation is mandatory. MBA or equivalent/ Post Graduation is preferred
