Job Description

Recruitment Support: Assisting in the recruitment process, such as posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Onboarding Assistance: Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions
Employee Records: Assisting in the maintenance of employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Training and Development: Participating in training sessions and assisting in organizing training programs for employees
HR Policies and Procedures: Learning about HR policies, procedures, and best practices in areas such as employee relations and performance management
Employee Engagement: Assisting in employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building activities
Data Entry and Analysis: Helping with data entry and analysis related to HR metrics and workforce trends
Assistance with HR Projects: Supporting HR projects, such as HR process improvements or HR policy reviews
