Reporting & Analytics Intern

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting & Analytics Intern to support data reporting, dashboards, and insights generation. The role involves close collaboration with multiple teams to collect, validate, and update data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to collect required data inputs for reports and dashboards
- Follow up with data owners to ensure timely updates, completeness, and accuracy of shared data
- Maintain and update centralized trackers and datasets used for recurring reporting
- Assist in preparing periodic and ad-hoc reports using data from multiple systems and sources
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation, flagging discrepancies to relevant teams
- Support development and refresh of dashboards and MIS reports, ensuring data is current
- Document data sources, ownership, reporting timelines, and definitions
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and follow up effectively
- Good understanding of data accuracy, version control, and reporting hygiene
- Clear communication and documentation skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
