Role & responsibilities-
- Onboarding & Documentation: Assist with new hire paperwork, induction processes, and employee record management.
- HR Operations: Update employee databases and maintain HR information systems.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing team-building activities and employee relations events.
Preferred candidate profile-
- Exposure of working on Darwinbox HRIS, preferred but not mandatory
- Working knowledge of MS Excel will be preferred
