Job Description:

HCL provides an opportunity to students who are in their final year of graduation or post-graduation to undergo an internship.

Students who are looking for learning in counselling, recruitment, HR process like interview/ document verification, sales etc. can apply

The candidate have to

1. Updating of the database on various parameters such as eligibility, interest, delivery of exam etc.
2. Calling up the candidates and fixing up assessments and interviews
3. Co-ordination with candidates on submission of documents for offer release and to bank for loan process
4. Co-coordinating and informing the candidates on onboarding and scheduling for the same
5. Any other works as assigned by the reporting manager or the organization

Education Criteria: MBA Freshers (2024-25 pass-out batch)
