Job Description Retention Marketing Internship

Role: The role involves owning the end-to-end planning and execution of conversion, retention, engagement, and reactivation marketing initiatives. The intern will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns across direct communication channels such as Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications. This includes strategizing customer journeys, implementing targeted messaging and continuous driving improvement in customer engagement and retention metrics through data-driven insights and experimentation.
What Makes You Fit
Determine areas of opportunity, design and execute experiments and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices to drive customer engagement and retention.
Monitor delivery management and performance of communications sent via various CRM marketing channels such as Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Message, Email, In-App & Browser Notifications.
Measure and report performance of all CRM marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Working on /analytics/MIS and weekly/daily updates.
Plan experiments, conversion test, A/B test, lift study and draw meaningful insights from the same.
Collaborate with internal teams for creatives, data inputs, etc., to optimize the campaigns.
Ability to take on challenging deadlines and priorities.
Plan communication calendar and manage the delivery of Marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, In-app & Push channels to engage users with timely and relevant content.
